Frequently asked questions
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any point. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the end of your billing cycle.
What happens to my content if I downgrade to Free?
Your posts and followers stay exactly as they are. If your storage exceeds the Free limit, you'll have 30 days to delete content before any uploads are restricted.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — paying annually saves you two months. You can switch to annual billing from your account settings.
Is there a student or non-profit discount?
We offer 50% off Pro for verified students and registered non-profits. Email hello@vufolio.app with relevant documentation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. We don't store card details — Stripe handles all payment processing.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. No lock-in, no cancellation fee. You'll keep access to your paid features until the end of the billing period.
